Professional experience in the field of investment consulting exceeds 15 years, including 5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
Ms. Sokolova joined the company in 2004 as a financial analyst. Since 2006 she is Financial Director of the Company.
Ksenia participates in projects for evaluating companies as a consultant (in order to respect confidentiality, project names are not subject to disclosure). Member of the UNITER team on financial consulting for foreign investors Delta-Bank (Ukraine), GetIn Holding (Poland), insurance company Universalnaya (Ukraine), and also was an independent consultant for the purchase of banks and insurance companies in Belarus.
Professional interests: finance, accounting under IFRS and budgeting, transformation of accounting reports according to international standards, financial analysis, evaluation.
Certified Accountant for International Financial Reporting Standards (Deloitte certificate). Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP) in accordance with the international certification of professional accountants (confirmed by the International Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors). Higher economic education (Belarusian State Economic University, finance and credit), bachelor of economics, practice at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (General Directorate for Currency Regulation and Currency Control).
