Elena has been working at UNITER since 2014. Professional experience - more than 10 years, experience in the field of analytics and research is more than 5 years.
The field of research is public-private partnership, state investment policy, foreign investment. Industry research in the field of mineral fertilizers, building materials, pharmaceuticals, medical services, etc.

She participated in a number of projects implemented by UNITER as part of international consultant teams, including the development of pharmaceutical production in other CIS countries.

Repeatedly she acted as a advisor for the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park “The Great Stone” and the company established to manage its facilities, on various aspects of the work of the Park. In particular, she was a part of the Belarusian-Chinese expert group to improve the policy and management mechanism of the industrial park "The Great Stone".

Since 2017, she has been playing the role of a local project coordinator for the reconstruction projects of 5 Belarusian water utilities plants, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Northern Investment Bank, providing consulting services for the implementation of projects.

Prior to joining UNITER, she worked in the system of state bodies responsible for the formation and implementation of investment policies in the city of Minsk. Participated in the preparation and conduct of several international competitions for the selection of investors for projects. She took part in the preparation for signing a number of investment agreements on the implementation of projects in the city of Minsk and Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
