  • At least 3 years of experience in investment banking sphere;
  • Closed transactions portfolio;
  • Higher economic education (preferably foreign, CFA, MBA), high level of economic and financial capabilities;
  • Knowledge of basic terms of accounting (ACCA, CAP, CIMA are preferable);
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.;
  • Consistency and high speed of thinking;

Responsibilities:
  • Development of M&A transactions strategies, planning of the goals, tasks and results;
  • Preparation of presentations (teasers, memorandums);
  • Development of financial models of projects, transactions;
  • Ability to do market analysis, SWOT and PESTEL analysis;
  • Due Diligence of companies and projects;
  • Structuring and implementation of M&A transactions;
  • Communication with the parties involved in the transaction at all stages of preparation, implementation and support of M&A transactions;
  • Search for investors;
  • Preparation of the documents required for transactions;
  • Collection, analysis and interpretation of big volumes of raw data;
  • Participation in negotiations;
  • Economiс, financial and investment analysis;
  • Financial analysis of new projects, development of Feasibility Study;
  • EN – RUS – EN translation.

  • Data mining;
  • Translation English-Russian-English.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in developing business plans for investment projects, including experience in developing business plans in accordance with the recommendations of the Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus dated August 31, 2005 No. 158, as well as the requirements of Belarusian banks;
  • Knowledge of English will be seen as an advantage
